Job Summary
This position will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on the daily operations in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The successful candidate selected for this position will provide technical support to our main office as well as our district offices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing phone & in-person technical support for end-users to resolve any hardware or software issues, support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and phone concerns. This position may also include supporting the Cyber Security & AI initiatives and/or other areas within the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to but not limited to workstations, AV, printers, and phone concerns.
- Provide support in person and over the phone.
- Complete assigned work by due dates and times.
- Assist in any area within the IT department.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary by the business.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate [required].
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, computer science, or equivalent is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: [Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint].
- Proficient with general office equipment.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.
