Purchasing / Inventory Coordinator $20.00 – $24.00/hour Sedalia, MO

We're hiring a Purchasing / Inventory Coordinator to support our HVAC service and installation teams by managing materials, tracking inventory, and working directly with vendors. This is a key behind-the-scenes role that keeps daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Own

Source and order parts, equipment, and materials for service and install jobs
Coordinate job-specific material needs with internal teams
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Track usage patterns and flag overstock or slow-moving items
Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery updates
Step in to assist with dispatch coverage when needed (we'll train you)
Support general operations with administrative coordination tasks

What You Bring

Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Confident communication skills-phone, email, and in-person
Comfortable working cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams
Solid computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively

Bonus if you've worked in: HVAC, construction, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or industrial environments (not required)
