Central Purchasing Agent

What You’ll Do:

As a Central Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely purchase of specialty and stocking inventory for internal clients. Your key tasks include:
✔ Creating and processing purchase orders for specialty and stocking inventory using our computer systems
✔ Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery based on placement and promise dates
✔ Following up on order confirmations, deadlines, and discrepancies to resolve any issues
✔ Handling inventory transfers and ensuring seamless purchasing operations
✔ Communicating with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Two years of experience in data entry, purchasing, or supply chain management
✔ Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
✔ Experience using RFMS, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs (a plus!)
