Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and excellent customer service abilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Manage Google Suite applications for scheduling and document management
- Maintain and organize office calendars for appointments and meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Front desk duties including greeting visitors
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Bill pay
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
-Keep office organized and all supplies well stocked.
-Taking trash out, cleaning out office fridge.
-Watering plants
-Picking up mail and running office related errands

Skills:

- Proficient in phone etiquette with a pleasant demeanor
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination and task management
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications for office tasks
- Ability to manage calendars effectively for scheduling purposes
- Excellent proofreading abilities for document accuracy
- Prior experience in front desk operations is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry tasks for maintaining records accurately
- Previous experience in an office setting is desirable

Requirements:
