Gaskets Rock International is looking for one and only one extraordinary individual to own Northern Arizona. Could that be you?

If you've been looking for a real business opportunity — something you can build over time, own outright, and run on your own terms — keep reading.

First: what's a commercial refrigerator gasket?

Every walk-in cooler, prep table, reach-in fridge, and freezer door in every restaurant, grocery store, hospital, hotel kitchen, and school cafeteria has one. It's the rubber seal around the door — and they wear out. Regularly.

When a gasket fails, food spoils, energy costs spike, and health inspections get dicey. Replacing it isn't optional. And the person who shows up with the right gasket, at the right price, with the skill to install it in minutes? That person gets paid — over and over again, from the same customers.

This is also a recession-resistant business. Commercial kitchens don't close when the economy gets bumpy — and they can't operate with failing seals.

We're an approved and preferred vendor for major national restaurant groups, including Applebee's, Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, Five Guys, IHOP, Marriott Hotels, and hundreds more.

What the opportunity looks like

You'll own an exclusive territory covering all of Northern Arizona — from the high country of Flagstaff and Williams, down through the red rock corridor of Sedona and Oak Creek, across the Verde Valley towns of Cottonwood and Jerome, into Prescott and Prescott Valley, and out to Winslow and Kingman.

This territory is spread out and will take drive time between stops — a good, reliable vehicle is a must. The customer base here is currently small, with major room to grow. Our Phoenix-based Managing Partner has been covering this territory and building it steadily, and it's now ready to be handed off to someone based in the region full-time — with solid relationships already in place to build on.

Your job: sell gaskets, install them (we train you — everything, hands-on), and build relationships with customers who will call you back every time a seal goes bad.

Commission: 40% on all completed sales
Training: Hands-on field training covering product, installation, sales approach, and everything in between — we get you ready before you hit the field
Your upfront costs: basic tools, startup marketing materials and uniforms, and travel and lodging for training — no franchise fees, no royalties, no buy-in
No quotas
Exclusive territory
1099 independent contractor — you run your own business, we back you completely
