Full Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain all hard copy files for residential and commercial loans, filing new documents and tracking who is in possession of each file
Work with third party vendors to order and ship files daily
Retrieve and scan files for loan sales
Send and notate lien release documents and paid titles
Check in/out auto titles
Label new auto and Title1 loans
Collect, sort and document incoming/outgoing mail and process mail through postage machine
Fulfill duties of the receptionist on scheduled days and to cover breaks/absences including greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, supply ordering etc.
Data entry, research and other administrative duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Required

Able to fulfill assignments while sitting, standing, bending, pushing, reaching, lifting etc.
Experience using Microsoft Office
Experience with multi-line phone system
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must take direction well and learn new tasks quickly
Friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to assist others even in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of general administrative procedures and standard office equipment
