Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Little Caesars franchise location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your energetic approach will drive sales growth, maintain food quality standards, and foster a positive work environment. As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hospitality regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about the food industry and dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
Manage POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Supervise staff training programs focused on food handling, safety procedures, customer service excellence, and team management.
Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular kitchen inspections and staff training on sanitation standards.
Drive team leadership by interviewing candidates, managing shift schedules, providing performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.
Coordinate catering services or banquet events when applicable to expand business opportunities.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours by supervising kitchen activities, managing customer flow, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and hospitality management.
Demonstrated expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills.
Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry standards; experience with food handling certifications preferred.
Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant setting; ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage staff performance through managerial communication techniques.
Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control measures.
Familiarity with managing hospitality teams in casual dining or quick service environments; experience with catering or banquet operations is a plus.
Ability to thrive under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Hospitality management background including kitchen management or hotel experience is desirable but not required.
