Activity Director Job Profile: Transform Lives Through Engagement

Innovative Program Development: Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents.
Community Connection: Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars; arrange for community groups to visit.
Team Empowerment: Educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community.
Personalized Touch: Compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome to the Community.
Event Coordination: Create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays.
Resource Management: Maintain inventory and manage budget, aligning with the community’s goals and standards.

Activity Director Job Requirements: Be the Heart of our Community

Certification: Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required.
