Since 2022, Liberty Basement Systems has been helping homeowners across central and eastern Pennsylvania with trusted solutions in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair. But what we really do is give families peace of mind by protecting their biggest investment—their home.

We’re proud to be part of the Contractor Nation network, connecting us with more than 300 independently owned and operated dealers nationwide. Through this partnership, we gain access to specialized training, proven systems, and innovative technology—all while keeping our focus on serving homeowners in our local community.

While we are based in Selinsgrove, PA, we are currently seeking candidates based in or near Selinsgrove, Harrisburg, Williamsport, and State College. Sales representatives complete initial and ongoing in-person training and attend weekly meetings at our Selinsgrove office while serving homeowners throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.

The Opportunity

Liberty Basement Systems, a regional leader in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our sales team.

We’re looking for motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners who have requested inspections, assess their needs, and offer tailored solutions to improve the safety, comfort, and value of their homes.

This is a full-time, W-2 position that includes paid training, company-provided leads (no cold calling), and ongoing professional development through Contractor Nation’s industry-leading sales programs.

What You Will Do:

Meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments
Inspect basements, crawl spaces, and foundations to identify issues and recommend solutions
Present proposals clearly and confidently to help homeowners make informed decisions
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, estimates, and contracts
Achieve and exceed sales goals by following a proven, customer-focused process

What We Need From You:

Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience; home improvement or construction background preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort performing light physical tasks such as kneeling or entering crawl spaces
Proficiency with computers and basic technology tools
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Availability for a schedule that includes weekdays and limited Saturdays
