About Us
Triangle Turnover is a fast-growing, boutique Airbnb cleaning company serving 75+ properties across Raleigh, Cary, and Durham. We handle same-day turnovers, commercial laundry, and 5-star cleanliness for some of the Triangle's coolest short-term rental properties — and we take that responsibility seriously.
Every great stay starts with fresh, clean linens. That's where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team on weekends. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role — you'll be picking up laundry from our storage units across the Triangle, laundering linens at a local laundromat, treating stains, and making sure every property gets clean, guest-ready linens back on time.
Some weekends you'll work alongside our Head of Laundry Operations. Other weekends, you'll be running the route independently — picking up the company van from our Raleigh storage unit, making pickups across our districts, and handling laundry operations on your own. Hours are approximately 10am–5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
No experience in laundry operations required — we'll train you on everything. What we can't train is reliability and attention to detail. If you take pride in doing things right and show up when you say you will, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Pick up, transport, and return linens between Triangle Turnover storage units and the laundromat
- Wash, dry, fold, and stain-treat linens to Triangle Turnover standards
- Drive the company van on alternating weekends when operating independently
- Ensure every property receives clean, guest-ready linens on time
- Communicate with the Laundry Operations Manager on timing, priorities, and any issues
What We're Looking For
- Reliable — this is a weekend role and our team counts on you showing up
- Detail-oriented — stain treatment and cleanliness standards matter to us and to our clients' guests
- Valid driver's license required; motor vehicle record check will be conducted
- Raleigh area preferred
- On-the-job training provided — no prior laundry or hospitality experience required
Compensation & Schedule
- $15–$16/hour depending on experience
- Saturday and Sunday, approximately 10am–5pm
- Part-time to start, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts if interested
- Performance-based raises tied to laundry metrics
Growth Potential
This role can be as big as you want to make it. Triangle Turnover is growing fast — we are building out a full laundry department, and the right person has a real path into a leadership role within that department. If you're looking for weekend work that could turn into something more, this is it.
