Our Culinary Services department is looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join the team! If you have a desire to serve and enjoy a fast-paced, fun work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Evaluates and assesses nutrition status of patients, and screens patients for nutritional risk in accordance with established department protocols and standards.
Plans and initiates medical nutrition therapy to patients if indicated by patient requirements and clinical protocol.
Educates and counsels patients and families on nutritional issues, either individually or in groups
Communicates individual nutritional care plans to other health care providers as a member of a health care team.

Skills

Must be a Registered Dietician or hold a C.D.M. certification in healthcare
A minimum of two years experience in related field
Certified in safety and sanitation in regards to food service
Experience with performing clinical assessments on residents, meeting with Care Plan Team, performing input on MDS
