Full Job Description

Nestea Recruiting is assisting Dermafix Spa with recruitment for a Registered Nurse position at its Largo, Florida location.

This is a full-time W-2 employee position directly with Dermafix Spa. Dermafix Spa is the employer, and Nestea Recruiting is assisting with candidate communication, application screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.

About the RN Role

Dermafix Spa is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to work on site in its outpatient aesthetic and wellness clinic.

The RN will assist with scheduled client appointments by reviewing health information, completing clinical documentation, preparing rooms and supplies, observing clients during services, providing approved client instructions, and communicating clinical concerns to the supervising provider.

The position works closely with the clinic's providers and staff to maintain accurate records, organized treatment areas, and established safety procedures.

All nursing duties are performed within the RN's authorized scope of practice and according to applicable Florida requirements, provider direction, and Dermafix Spa's clinical procedures.

Compensation

$20.00–$28.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience and relevant qualifications
Required onboarding and training hours are paid

RN Responsibilities

Review client intake forms and relevant health history before scheduled services
Verify that required client documentation is completed according to clinic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before appointments
Assist with client preparation for scheduled services
Observe clients during assigned services and document relevant information
Complete nursing notes, service records, consent documentation, and required charting
Provide approved pre-service and post-service instructions to clients
Follow established infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety procedures
Maintain organized clinical areas and supplies
Communicate client-care information with the appropriate provider and clinic team
Report contraindications, unexpected symptoms, changes in client condition, or other clinical concerns to the supervising provider
Follow provider instructions and established clinic protocols
Attend required staff meetings, onboarding sessions, and clinical training

Required Qualifications

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Ability to work on site in Largo, Florida
Ability to review and maintain clinical documentation accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow clinical protocols and provider direction
Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to complete required employer training

Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic is not required.

Experience in outpatient healthcare, medical offices, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness clinics, or aesthetic settings may be helpful.

Schedule

Up to 40 hours per week
Four workdays per week
Sunday availability required
Three additional weekdays based on the clinic schedule
Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours
Monday through Friday clinic hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday clinic hours: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

The final work schedule is discussed and confirmed during the hiring process.

Paid Training

Dermafix Spa provides paid onboarding and job-specific training.

Training includes applicable clinic procedures, documentation requirements, client communication standards, safety practices, privacy requirements, and day-to-day clinic workflows.

Training does not change or expand the Registered Nurse's legal scope of practice. The RN performs only those nursing responsibilities permitted by applicable requirements and assigned under appropriate clinical direction.

Clinic Setting

This is an on-site position at Dermafix Spa in Largo, Florida.

The RN works in an outpatient aesthetic and wellness clinic with scheduled client appointments. Daily work involves direct interaction with clients, providers, and clinic staff.

This is not a remote, hospital, emergency-care, or home-health position.

W-2 Employment Information

This is a full-time W-2 employee position with Dermafix Spa in Largo, Florida.

Dermafix Spa is the direct employer and is responsible for hiring decisions, compensation, scheduling, supervision, onboarding, workplace policies, and day-to-day employment matters.

Nestea Recruiting is assisting Dermafix Spa with recruitment and candidate coordination and is not the direct employer.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
