Full Job Description

The Baddour Center is a model residential community for people with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism in NW MS (30 miles south of Memphis). We have immediate openings for DSPs to manage group homes. Core duties are assisting residents with their life at home by helping with activities of daily living, cooking, giving medications and helping residents meet their daily schedules. The work schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off, Wed. noon to Wed. am with breaks scheduled each work day. Our DSPs sleep at night in staff's quarters. Work 26 weeks out of 52 weeks (part-time work / full-time pay and benefits). Other support service staff manage our residents' enriched days including all Drs. appts., employment, various daily activities like recreation and fitness, computer learning labs, performance and creative arts activities. No cumbersome paperwork. Beautiful and serene campus and amenities. Great pay and benefits. Wonderful atmosphere and working conditions. We will train the right person, no phone calls please.
