Job Overview

Lake Keowee Housekeeping is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury housekeeping company. This full-time salaried leadership role ensures our clients, cleaners, office operations, and linen program operate smoothly while maintaining our luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Operations

Answer calls, texts, emails, and voicemails promptly.
Prepare estimates, schedule appointments, invoice clients, collect payments, and follow up with leads.
Maintain accurate scheduling software, customer files, and SOPs.

Operations Management

Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assign cleaners.
Support cleaners throughout the day and resolve issues quickly.
Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining company standards.
Prepare weekly cleaning supplies for all cleaning teams.

Linen Program

Gather clean linens for vacation rentals.
Deliver linen bags to rental properties each morning.
Coordinate inventory and deliveries with the linen service.
Maintain organized linen inventory.

Leadership & Reporting

Report directly to the CEO with daily updates and weekly operational meetings.
Use Trello as the primary task management and project tracking system.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Identify operational improvements and implement efficient systems.

Requirements

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hospitality, operations, or management experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and transport linen bags and prepare weekly cleaning supplies

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Salaried W-2 Employee
$3,000 per month, paid bi-weekly
20 Paid Time Off (PTO) days per calendar year

Expectations

This is a salaried leadership position. While normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00PM, some meetings may be required outside of regular business hours. The Operations Manager is expected to monitor the company phone and cleaner group chat on weekends, respond to urgent operational matters, coordinate emergency staffing when needed, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
