Full Job Description

Serve as primary contact between our external customer and the internal operations team. This role is responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery. Works closely with customers, sales, production planner, and warehouse to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate order processing and on time deliveries.

This position supports, demonstrates, and promotes Corvaglia's core values by consistently exhibiting behaviors that are Forward Thinking, True to Ourselves, and Reliable.

Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Key account representative for all Mexico customers and primary point of contact for all customers.
Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and assist with their needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communications.
Provide proactive updates regarding order status, production delays, and delivery expectations.
Maintain accurate delivery information for all customers and communicate updates to the warehouse.
Coordinate customer meetings and participate in customer conference calls as needed.
Receiving customer complaints and initiating the process to quality or sales
Assist the sales team to obtain and manage sample requests. Handling request and shipment of product samples to external prospects and Swiss HQ
Work with Production Planner on all sample requests for production dates.
Escalate critical customer issues when appropriate.
Receive, review and process orders from receipt of purchase order to shipping product to customer.
Answer billing inquiries and help customers with billing related questions
Process returns, credits, and customer complaints.
Create and maintain forecast based on projections and sales orders.
Maintain and communicate pricing file.
Work closely with Production Planning to ensure customer demand is accurately reflected in production schedules.
Monitor inventory availability to support customer order.
Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure customer feedback is shared and improve overall customer experience

ORDER MANAGEMENT:

Requirements:

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Attention to detail
Basic Knowledge of Accounting
MS Office Proficiency including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc.
Good report writing and verbal communications skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work individually or with a team.
Knowledge and experience with ERP functionality

Education and Training:

Associate’s degree in business administration, or High School Diploma and 3 years customer service
