We have both Full and Part time CNA job openings. We want to ensure that all your boxes are checked for the employer you are seeking.

What we offer as your future employer-

Appreciation for all that you contribute and do daily for our residents
New Hire bonus paid out every 6 weeks– Full time receiving $2,500 and Part Time $1,000
Perfect Attendance of an additional $1.00 more an hour (up to 80 hours per pay)
Automatic 2% increase for all CNAs who have perfect attendance in his or her first 90 days of employment
A manageable resident to CNA ratio - AVOID BURNOUT
ALL supplies are adequately stocked where we never run out to ensure you have what you need to provide care- never using your own personal supplies or doing your own resident laundry
Daily Pay through the PayActiv platform
A robust PTO Program that you can start taking at the completion of 6 months of your employment
Opportunity to cash out PTO over 40 hours 2x a year in May and November
Full and Part time employees receive up to (2) floating holidays every year
401K Retirement plan offered at one year of employment with an employer match of up to 4%
Paid double time for working any of our 7 recognized Welsh Home holidays to include New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
