Position Description:

Responsible for leading front and back of house restaurant operations.
Ensures that all productivity and quality standards are maintained.
Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guest and meets specifications according to recipe and the presentation meets our high standards.
Responsible for nightly cash outs and closing duties of staff members and walkthrough of venue.
Maintain our employee standards by developing your department associates and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive manner.
Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department by anticipating and recommending employment needs to Department Head.
Ensures accurate completion of staff member schedules in accordance with forecasted business volume.
Maintains labor controls and assigns duties to staff members.
Enforces safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities.
Conducts proper ordering procedures to maintain appropriate par levels of all restaurant related products.
Assists in achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives through management of your locations P&L
Ensures that all daily paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis including but not limited to daily sheets, purchase orders, bank deposits, employment-related forms, etc.
Adheres to responsible alcohol service established by company policy.
Engages with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing or supervising in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
Strong and stable work history
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team.
Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Basic computer proficiency preferred.
ABC license required, Serv Safe preferred.
