What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction.
- Generate and nurture new client relationships.
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments.
- Show homes and host open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients from contract to closing.
- Build your business through networking, referrals, social media, and community involvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License
- REALTOR® membership in good standing (or willingness to join if eligible)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
