Part-Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant

Thrive Property Group – Brownstown, IN

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 9 hours per week

Thrive Property Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Brownstown, IN. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a successful apartment community.

If you have experience in customer service, leasing, office administration, property management, or retail management, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Welcome prospective residents and provide professional apartment tours.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
Process rental applications and assist new residents through the leasing process.
Collect monthly rent and maintain accurate resident records.
Build positive relationships with residents and promptly address questions or concerns.
Conduct move-out inspections and document apartment conditions.
Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance staff and outside vendors.
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure excellent resident service.
Perform routine property inspections to help maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs.
Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Complete administrative tasks, maintain organized files, and enter data accurately.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Support the overall success and daily operations of the apartment community.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in property management, leasing, office administration, banking, hospitality, retail management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
