Executive Assistant to the CEO
Bromwell-Poe Enterprises (BP ENT) — Columbus, IN (Hybrid)
Full-Time | $41,000–$60,000/year + performance-based bonus

About the Role

Bromwell-Poe Enterprises (BP ENT) is looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly. This is a high-trust role at the center of a multi-division company — you'll help manage priorities, communications, and coordination across our teams, acting as a key point of contact between the CEO, our leadership, division leads, and outside partners.

This isn't a role with direct authority over staff, but you'll be the person keeping schedules, meetings, and follow-through running smoothly across the organization.

What You'll Do

Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time
Coordinate scheduling and logistics across BP ENT's divisions, aligning managers and division leads for meetings and deadlines
Attend the weekly management meeting as notetaker, compiling and distributing accurate notes, decisions, and action items
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
Track and follow up on deadlines and action items, flagging anything at risk of slipping
Prepare materials, agendas, and briefing documents for meetings and presentations
Handle confidential financial, HR, legal, and strategic information with sound judgment
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and division leads, vendors, and outside partners
Support special projects and research as directed
Maintain organizational systems (files, documents, contact lists) supporting day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
2–3+ years in an executive assistant, administrative, or coordinator role, ideally supporting senior leadership
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort taking and distributing meeting notes
Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams without direct authority over them

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly base pay in the $41,000–$60,000/year range (based on experience), plus performance-based bonus. Full-time, hybrid schedule based in Columbus, IN.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
