Sous Chef — Revival (Opening Fall 2026)
Jester Concepts | Minneapolis, MN

Jester Concepts is opening Revival this fall in the North Loop, and we're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new restaurant's opening team, helping shape kitchen systems, standards, and culture from day one.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, plating, and execution
Support recruiting, training, and development of BOH staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Help build and refine kitchen systems and prep standards during the opening period
Step in and lead service on the line as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of Sous Chef experience required
Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team
Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations
Full availability required September through November for opening training and launch
Reliable, consistent attendance and a strong sense of ownership over your station and team
New restaurant opening experience is a plus!

$65,000-$70,000 salary
