Sales Territory Manager – North Carolina
Automotive Equipment Sales (Independent Contractor)

Autotality is seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager to grow our presence throughout North Carolina. This position is responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and increasing sales of automotive service equipment within the assigned territory.

Autotality provides industry-leading automotive shop design, equipment, installation, and repair services that help service centers, dealerships, and collision repair facilities maximize productivity and profitability. Our products are recognized worldwide and trusted by leading automotive professionals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and driven to build relationships, create new opportunities, and close sales. You'll work closely with manufacturers' representatives and our Service Department to identify opportunities, support customers, and deliver outstanding solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities throughout the assigned North Carolina territory.
Build relationships with automotive repair facilities, dealerships, fleet operations, and collision centers.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal service teams to develop leads and close sales.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and follow sales opportunities through completion.
Maintain customer activity and sales pipeline using CRM software.
Represent Autotality professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience working in an automotive service department, dealership, or collision repair shop required.
Experience selling automotive equipment is preferred.
Minimum of two years of successful outside sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency required; Salesforce or NetSuite experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Compensation & Schedule

Independent Contractor (1099)
Commission-Only Compensation
Unlimited earning potential
Flexible schedule while meeting agreed-upon sales objectives
Monday–Friday with local and regional travel throughout North Carolina

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits and are not considered employees of Autotality.
