This position is for an individual who is looking to grow their career and advance their skills by performing administrative tasks.

Our Ideal candidate has:

· 2+ years of administrative experience

· MA EEC Lead Infant/Toddler & Preschool Certification Required

· Strong computer skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data entry for the school’s childcare software program, Pro-Care · Must be extremely organized and detail oriented · Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to multitask, have strong follow-through, take initiative and be a self-starter

· The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties for the Program Director

· A pleasant, polite and professional demeanor

Your experience as an administrative assistant at Primrose School of Canton at Blue Hills will look like:

· Flexible schedules

- No nights or weekends! School hours are 7:30am-5:30pm.

· 80 hours accrued vacation time each year

The administrative assistant will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for performing most of the clerical responsibilities for the school. This is a full-time position.
