Are you a PTA who loves outpatient care and wants a full-time role with a consistent schedule, a strong team, and opportunities for professional development?

At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we believe great clinicians deserve a workplace where they can do their best work, invest in their craft, and still have a life outside the clinic. You will work alongside board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists at a practice that hosts an accredited orthopedic residency through MUSC.

Our Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Full-time hours you can count on — no slow weeks, no cut schedules

A predictable week. A consistent patient load. And a Friday that wraps at noon — so you can get a head start on the weekend.

What You'll Do

Patient Care & Advocacy

Deliver and progress therapeutic interventions per the PT's plan of care
Build strong patient relationships to promote attendance and engagement
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT

Documentation & Compliance

Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
Ensure notes support ethical and optimal billing within PTA scope
Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the supervising PT

Team & Culture

Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members for smooth clinic flow
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture
Mentor student PTAs and help shape the next generation of clinicians
Attend 2 community events per year to connect ProMotion to the communities we serve
Explore niche development in collaboration with supervising PTs and in alignment with company direction

Requirements

Licensed PTA in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day

Performance Expectations
We set clear goals and support you in reaching them. Once onboarded, you'll work toward:

Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above
Accessible care defined as 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12–13 patients in a 9-hour day)
Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
