About the Role

Christensen Printing Partners is looking for a dependable, organized Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to join our team in Shawano.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping things organized, and being part of a locally owned business. We are looking for someone who can handle day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities accurately and independently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter vendor invoices and customer payments
Prepare customer invoices and statements
Make bank deposits and record transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Assist with payroll processing and employee records
Track past-due accounts and assist with collections
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare reports for management
Assist with month-end accounting
Work with our outside accountant as needed
General office and administrative support

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Able to handle confidential information
Dependable and able to work independently
Good communication and customer-service skills

Experience in a manufacturing, printing, or small-business environment is a plus, but not required.

Christensen Printing Partners is a locally owned commercial printing and newspaper printing company located in Shawano, Wisconsin. We print newspapers, publications, shoppers, magazines, Brochures, Business Cards and other printed products for customers throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
