Full Job Description

MD Tec Services is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across multiple departments. This role serves as a central point of communication between internal teams, leadership, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, meet quality expectations, and are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from initiation through completion.
Serve as the primary point of communication between internal departments, field teams, leadership, and external partners.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate work with crews, subcontractors, clients, and third-party organizations.
Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to support project timelines.
Identify project issues or delays and work with the appropriate teams to develop solutions.
Review completed work to ensure quality standards and project requirements have been met.
Coordinate project closeout activities, documentation, and final approvals.
Maintain organized records and assist with reporting as needed.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, homeowners, municipalities, and business partners.
Support leadership by coordinating priorities across multiple active projects.
Help improve internal processes by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and communication.

Previous experience in project coordination, administration, construction, utilities, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
