Full Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced On-Site Staffing Coordinator to support the launch of a new on-site operation in Kansas City, KS.

This is an exciting opportunity for a staffing professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment and enjoys building strong relationships with associates and customer leadership. As the On-Site Staffing Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between Masis Staffing Solutions and our client, ensuring exceptional service, workforce engagement, and operational excellence.

Purpose

The On-Site Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition and workforce management for an assigned on-site operation. This role partners closely with customer leadership and the Masis National Accounts team to ensure staffing objectives are met while delivering best-in-class service to both associates and our client.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and retention.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
Develop creative recruiting strategies through community partnerships, grassroots recruiting, social media, networking, referrals, and hiring events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and customer leadership regarding staffing and workforce-related matters.
Build strong relationships with department managers, supervisors, and operational leadership.
Support daily on-site operations, including attendance tracking, employee coaching, associate engagement, and workforce planning.
Process payroll accurately and ensure all payroll deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within the Masis ATS/CRM system.
Coordinate unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other employment-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, company, and customer policies.
Monitor recruiting metrics, fill ratios, and workforce trends while providing regular updates to leadership.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and client information.
Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate degree or some college preferred.
Minimum of two years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or workforce management experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations preferred.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
