What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacist who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Wisconsin)
- Recent clinical or hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medication safety, dosing, and pharmacology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- EPIC EMR Experience

Position Details
- Position: Contract Inpatient Pharmacist
- Schedule: 8-10 HR DAYS or Nights (Depending on location)
- Employment Type: Contract Assignment
- Compensation: Earn up to $161,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare staff.
- Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse medication events.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and medication safety initiatives.
