Full Job Description

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job description:

Hours, 10:45PM to 7:00AM, Sunday through Thursday

Location: 320 Range Line Road, Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Summary

Maintain accurate production of multiple extrusion lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify defects and escalate to Supervisor or Setup Technician.
Use a variety of tools to perform dimensional checks on extruded parts.
Complete and document quality checks, including checks within other departments.
Prepare extruded parts for shipment in accordance with shop packet details.
Complete daily process logs and documentation according to standards.
Affix labels and tags for accurate movement, tracking, and shipping purposes .
Work with peers to meet customer needs and organizational goals.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required

Proficient in retaining a general working knowledge of product, materials, and their related characteristics

Recognizes problems and takes corrective action
Is able to handle constructive criticism and receive guidance from supervisor and/or co-workers

Mathematical Skills

Requires math and statistical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Requires ability to compute ratios and percentages and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited instruction and standards exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places, and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of radiation, and vibration.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and occasionally very loud.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
