Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a key player in our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire creativity in menu planning, maintain rigorous food safety protocols, and foster a collaborative team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, to ensure efficient daily operations
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize food costs and minimize waste
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and uphold health regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines
Maintain accurate records of food handling, inventory, and safety compliance for audit readiness
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training on food industry best practices and culinary techniques

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining environments.
Supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings
Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, presentation, and service management
Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies within the food industry
Demonstrated expertise in food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations compliance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Experience in menu planning, kitchen management, and shift supervision in restaurant or hospitality settings
Knowledge of culinary techniques across various cuisines along with bartending experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service through high-quality food offerings
