We're looking for the sales leader who wants to help build one of the Southeast's premier home services companies.
Today we're a $10M-$12M business. Our plan is to grow to $30M-$40M+ by expanding into multiple new markets over the next several years. That kind of growth doesn't happen with average leadership.
It happens because someone develops great salespeople into elite performers, creates accountability without micromanagement, and builds a winning culture that scales.

A Compensation Plan That Rewards Growth
Start with a $115,000 base salary, then earn uncapped performance compensation based on your team's growth in Gross Profit Dollars, Gross Profit Margin, and overall business performance. As the business grows, so does your income.
You won't be walking into a turnaround.
You'll inherit an established sales organization supported by a strong reputation, consistent lead flow, proven systems, and executive leadership committed to growth.
Our marketing team invests heavily in generating quality appointments, allowing your salespeople to focus on selling instead of prospecting.
You'll have access to tools like Rilla Conversation Intelligence, CRM technology, performance scorecards, and reporting dashboards that help you coach with data-not opinions.
As HydroHelp911 expands into new territories, you'll help build sales teams, develop future leaders, and shape how our sales organization operates for years to come.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a title.
As we continue opening new markets, there will be opportunities to expand your leadership responsibilities into Director or Executive Sales Leadership positions.
We reward commitment. Qualified candidates receive a performance-based signing bonus after successfully completing their first 90 days.
Within your first 90 days you will:
- Build credibility with every member of the sales team.
- Complete ride-alongs with each sales representative.
- Establish consistent coaching using Rilla recordings and live field observations.
- Strengthen accountability around KPIs, close rates, and gross profit.
- Improve consistency in our one-call-close sales process.
- Identify future sales leaders as we prepare for expansion.
Your responsibility is simple: Build the highest-performing in-home sales team in our industry.
You'll spend your time where you're most valuable-in the field coaching salespeople, improving performance, solving problems, and helping the team close more profitable business.

Conduct weekly ride-alongs and real-time coaching to improve presentations, objection handling, pricing confidence, and closing skills.
Monitor KPIs including close rates, average ticket, gross profit, proposal conversion, cancellation rates, and sales activity. Hold the team accountable to high standards.
Run engaging Wednesday sales meetings focused on practical skill development, role-playing, objection handling, and continuous improvement.
Review Rilla conversations, monitor live calls, identify coaching opportunities, and ensure consistent execution of our sales process.
Partner with recruiting to identify, interview, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional sales professionals as the company grows.
Help identify high-potential reps and prepare them for leadership opportunities as new branches open.
When a salesperson is sitting at a kitchen table working through a difficult objection, you're available to help them find a way to earn the customer's business.

- Current or recent experience managing 10-30+ in-home sales representatives.
- Proven leadership success in high-ticket, one-call-close home services or home improvement sales such as foundation repair, waterproofing, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, remodeling, concrete, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success coaching representatives through complex price objections and increasing close rates.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of sales scorecards, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
- Comfortable traveling throughout our expanding regional markets (approximately 25%).
- Live within approximately one hour of head office.
- Multi-branch or regional sales leadership experience.
- Experience helping launch new locations or expansion markets.
- Familiarity with Rilla and Builder Prime.
- EOS, or other operational management systems.
- Build a regional sales organization instead of simply managing one.

Base Salary: $115,000
Performance Compensation: Uncapped overrides tied to Gross Profit growth, Gross Profit percentage, market expansion, and leadership performance metrics.
Signing Bonus: Performance-based bonus payable after 30 days (subject to standard one-year retention agreement).
