What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk location within an aerospace and defense environment by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.

Monitor entry activity, communications, and security-related systems from a stationary front desk post; report irregularities or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.

Maintain accurate records and complete required reports related to visitor activity, access requests, incidents, and daily front desk operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
