Full Job Description

Job Opportunity: Experienced CNC Machinist
Fulton Technology Corp is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. We are looking for professionals who are confident in setting up and operating 3- and 4-axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Lathes. Candidates must be skilled enough to be self-sufficient, reliable, and capable of ensuring the quality of their work without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, operate, and inspect CNC mills and lathes to produce tight tolerance parts
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints
Ensure high-quality production by using measurement and inspection tools effectively
Streamline processes to improve productivity and maintain accuracy
Handle materials with a strong understanding of their properties and characteristics

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a high-precision machining environment
Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes
Strong familiarity with Fanuc controls (highly preferred)
Knowledge of shop math and material properties
Skilled in using CAM software and inspection tools
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Occasional Fridays may be required
