Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments
Proven supervising experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Expertise in menu planning, food production, and food service management
Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and dietary department requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations optimization
