We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Producer to join our team. What You Will Be Doing

Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and company-provided leads
Conduct client and prospective client meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and follow up on action items
Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
Use various communication channels to initiate and foster relationships with clients and prospects
Work alongside the advisory team to create and implement personalized investment strategies
Assist in growing the firm’s client base through outreach efforts and company-funded marketing campaigns
Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including vendor research
Stay up to date on financial trends, products, and regulatory changes
Provide ongoing service to existing clients, handling inquiries and performing account-related tasks
All other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

Clear and Professional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) (Required)

Ability to Work Independently & Manage Multiple Priorities (Required)
Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills (Required)
Previous Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development Experience (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Financial Planning Software (Preferred)
