The Opportunity

Holt & McArdle is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional to join our growing team as a Territory Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate is competitive, disciplined, entrepreneurial, and driven by results. You will be responsible for growing market share, developing new business, strengthening distributor partnerships, and building relationships with key end users throughout the territory.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of successful outside sales experience
Proven experience working through and managing distributor networks
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Strong territory management and organizational skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of achieving results
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight travel for customer meetings, training events, and trade shows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as RepFabric, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
Confidence engaging with end users, decision-makers, and distribution partners at all levels

Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through our existing distributor channel
Prospect and cultivate relationships with end users to drive specification and demand
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training programs for distributors and customers
Promote and support the industry-leading manufacturers represented by Holt & McArdle
Expand market share and strengthen customer relationships throughout the assigned territory
Execute territory plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity information within our CRM system
Represent Holt & McArdle and our manufacturers at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Location Requirement

Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following areas:

Eastern New York
Northern New Jersey
Connecticut
