Full Job Description

Northeast Neuropsychology, a division of Advanced TelePsych, is seeking a Connecticut Licensed Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our growing practice as an independent contractor (1099).

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. We offer a flexible schedule and handle scheduling, insurance authorizations, billing, and administrative support so you can focus on patient care.

We're looking for a clinician who can complete a minimum of two pediatric neuropsychological evaluations per month. Ideally, you'll be available to complete one to two evaluations per week (approximately 11-22 hours per week). If you're interested in a larger caseload, there may be an opportunity to expand to approximately three evaluations per week (about 32 hours per week) based on practice needs.

Our referrals come from pediatricians, developmental specialists, child neurologists, psychiatrists, schools, and other community providers throughout Connecticut.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents.
Administer, score, interpret, and integrate neuropsychological test data.
Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
Provide feedback to patients, families, and referring providers, as appropriate.
Complete documentation and reports in a timely manner.
Conduct evaluations in person at our Cheshire or Farmington offices.

QualificationsRequired

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Completion of a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
Current Connecticut Psychologist license in good standing.
Experience conducting pediatric neuropsychological evaluations.
Strong clinical, assessment, diagnostic, and report writing skills.

Preferred

Experience evaluating children and adolescents with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disorders, executive functioning challenges, neurological conditions, or other neurodevelopmental concerns.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of collected professional fees for completed, billable neuropsychological evaluations.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Expected Workload
