Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pantry Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing salad, dressings and appetizer that delight our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. All roles are paid positions, ensuring you are valued for your talent and dedication.

Duties

Prepare a variety of Salads, dressings appetizers, following established recipes and standards
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, pastry bags, and others
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety standards are consistently met
Package baked goods securely for delivery or retail display while ensuring quality control
Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support high-volume production needs
Follow all food safety protocols and adhere strictly to recipe specifications to ensure consistency in product quality

Skills

Strong knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety procedures
Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools
Excellent knife skills combined with the ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and accurately
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests alike
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory levels
Experience in food industry settings such as catering or large-scale food production is highly desirable
