SUMMARY
The Food Expeditor is a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for acting as the liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, expediting food orders, and ensuring quality and prompt service. Success in this role contributes significantly to Little Creek Casino Resort's mission of exceeding guest expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the servers.

Ensure that orders are accurate and meet quality standards.

Assist in the final preparation of dishes.

Act as a liaison between FOH and BOH

Manage and organize To-Go/Delivery supplies.

Inspect the premises for quality and sanitation standards.

Practice and uphold LCCR’s “7 Waterways” of best guest practices.

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for internal control and compact compliance regarding operations and ensure compliance with regulation of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 3 years’ experience in food and beverage industry

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred.

Experience with the casino industry a plus.

Ability to acquire Class II Gaming License issued from Squaxin Island Gaming Commission

Current Washington State Food Worker Card
- Class 12 Mixologist/Class13 Alcohol Server Permit
