What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-screening procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Screen persons, packages, and personal belongings entering the technology and telecommunications location in accordance with established procedures and applicable site requirements.

Verify credentials, manage visitor entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, screening areas, and surrounding business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
