Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend suitable policies that align with their financial goals.
Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure the best possible deals.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and assisting clients throughout the buying process.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels, including bilingual outreach when applicable.
Assist clients with benefits administration related to their policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive health information.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively present products and close deals.
Ability to analyze client information and insurance options to recommend appropriate solutions.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
Strong organizational skills for managing sales documentation and customer records efficiently.
Knowledge of insurance sales processes combined with familiarity in sales administration practices.
Understanding of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
