A Full-Time Hospitality Leadership Opportunity
Coast2Coast Culinary is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to become a key front-of-house leader within our growing catering company.
The immediate priority of this role is to help own the daily catering experience for our largest corporate client. Over time, however, we want this person to grow into broader ownership of our front-of-house operations, including corporate dining, weddings, private events and other recurring or one-time catering services.
Our ideal candidate will become the primary front-of-house point person for our flagship corporate account while also helping lead service execution across the rest of our catering operation.
This is not simply a serving position or an individual event-captain role. We are looking for someone who can learn our standards, earn the trust of our clients and team, and eventually become someone leadership can rely on to oversee front-of-house service across multiple types of events.
About Coast2Coast Culinary
Coast2Coast Culinary is a growing catering and corporate dining company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. We provide chef-driven food and professional hospitality experiences for corporate clients, weddings, private events and community organizations throughout the Denver metro area.
We are a hands-on, team-oriented company that values reliability, communication, professionalism, consistency and genuine hospitality.
Schedule and Guaranteed Hours
This is a full-time position.
Our largest corporate client receives service Monday through Thursday. Depending on the rest of the company’s event schedule, this position may work at that account between two and four days in a given week.
During quieter event weeks, the employee may spend all four service days managing the corporate account. During busier weeks, the employee may work fewer days at the corporate account and spend more time leading weddings, corporate events, private functions or other catering services.
The regular corporate dining schedule is generally:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
The remaining weekly hours will be scheduled across event preparation, front-of-house operations, other corporate accounts, weddings and special events.
Some early-morning, evening and weekend availability is required. Weekly schedules will vary according to business needs, but the position is guaranteed full time.
The Long-Term Opportunity
Initially, the position will focus heavily on learning and executing the daily service for our largest corporate client.
As the employee becomes familiar with our systems, clients and service standards, we want this person to grow into greater responsibility for the company’s overall front-of-house operations.
That growth may include:
- Serving as the primary front-of-house representative for our largest corporate account
- Leading service execution for weddings and larger corporate events
- Reviewing event plans and identifying front-of-house needs before service
- Helping assign and direct part-time event staff
- Ensuring service standards are consistent across different events and teams
- Training new front-of-house employees
- Communicating event results, client feedback and operational needs to leadership
- Helping improve front-of-house systems, checklists and procedures
- Becoming a trusted point person for recurring clients, venues and event partners
The goal is for this person to become our primary front-of-house leader, supported by an experienced part-time team and company leadership.
