Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer accounts maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in accounting software, financial concepts, and compliance standards will be essential to support our organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with our customers and stockholders.
Manage client setup, maintenance, and payments
Conduct data entry with high accuracy, including 10 key typing tasks and detailed record keeping for accounts payable records
Collaborate with the finance team on month-end closing processes involving general ledger reconciliation and analysis of payables data
Proven experience in customer service within a corporate or public accounting environment
Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger accounting
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and identify discrepancies efficiently
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detailJoin us in a role where your expertise will directly impact our organization’s financial integrity! Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
