Now Hiring: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Are you a results-driven automotive professional who thrives on closing deals, building customer trust, and maximizing dealership profitability? If so, Fremont Motors is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

As our F&I Manager, you'll play a critical role in the vehicle sales process by helping customers secure financing, protecting their investment with valuable products, and ensuring every deal is completed accurately, efficiently, and ethically. This is a high-impact position with excellent earning potential for someone who is motivated, organized, and customer-focused.

The Ideal Candidate

You're someone who enjoys helping customers, understands the numbers behind the deal, and can confidently present products that add value. You know how to balance customer satisfaction with dealership profitability and are driven to succeed.

What You'll Do

Present financing, protection products, service contracts, and warranties to customers.
Secure financing approvals through a variety of lenders and financial institutions.
Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Complete and review all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
Train and support the sales team on finance programs and customer benefits.
Monitor finance penetration and help drive dealership profitability.
Work closely with sales managers to achieve dealership sales goals.
Maintain a professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach at all times.

What We're Looking For

Automotive sales and/or F&I experience preferred.
Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Understanding of dealership finance, lending, and compliance processes.
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
