Strong understanding of confidentiality and experience working with confidential information
respond to emails promptly, and professionally communicate with clients
organize hard copy and electronic records, such as letters, legal documents, case files, correspondence, invoices, and memoranda, according to the processes in place
Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, forms, and documents.
Answers and routes phone calls; routes mail, files, and orders; and maintains office supplies.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
