About Us
360 Painting of Texoma is officially opening for business in October, bringing professional residential and commercial painting services to the Grayson County, TX. We're building our founding crew now and looking for experienced painters who take pride in quality work and want to grow with a new local business from day one.
The Role
We're hiring experienced paint crews (individuals and established crews welcome) for interior and exterior residential and future commercial painting projects. This is a piece-rate position — pay is based on completed jobs/square footage, so skilled, efficient painters have strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, taping, priming) for interior and exterior painting
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Follow project specs and color/finish requirements accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and protect client property
- Communicate professionally with clients and the project lead
- Complete jobs on schedule and to a high quality standard
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Own tools and equipment (sprayers, brushes, rollers, ladders, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential and/or commercial painting experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality of finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable and punctual
- List of (3) Minimum References
- Must Showcase Your Past Jobs
Pay
Per-project/piece-rate pay based on job scope and square footage. Rates are competitive and scale with experience and efficiency — top performers can earn well above standard hourly equivalents.
