Overview

We are expanding our office in Denison and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in financial services.

This is not a plug-and-play sales role. You will be trained to work directly with individuals and families on:

Financial planning
Retirement strategies
Asset protection
Tax-efficient income planning

Whether you’re new to the industry or already licensed, we provide a structured system designed to help you grow.

What You’ll Do

Meet with clients to understand financial goals and concerns
Develop personalized financial strategies
Educate clients on insurance and retirement solutions
Work alongside experienced advisors on real cases
Build and manage your own book of business

Direct mentorship and hands-on training

Compensation

Commission-based with performance bonuses
First-year income potential: $60,000 – $120,000+
No cap on earnings

Ideal Candidate

Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Comfortable working with people and building relationships
Coachable and open to learning
Professional communication skills

No prior financial experience required. Licensing support available.
