Performance Coach (Morning Schedule)

25–35 Hours/Week | Beaverton, OR | ADAPT Training

Compensation: $21.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.

What You’ll Do

Coach Group Training classes, Small Group Personal Training sessions, and targeted 1:1 Private Training programs.
Build meaningful, long-term client relationships while reinforcing consistency through our The Other 165 coaching process.
Deliver technically excellent coaching that helps clients build lifelong physical capability.
Learn and master the ADAPT Training System™ and ADAPT Performance Coaching Framework™ through a structured onboarding and mentorship process designed to accelerate your development as a coach.
Consistently apply the ADAPT Performance Coaching Framework™ while continually refining your own craft.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred—but not required.
CSCS, ACSM, NASM, or a similar certification is a plus (or a clear plan to obtain one).
Experience coaching individuals or groups is valuable, but we also welcome exceptional candidates from other helping professions who demonstrate the mindset, character, and desire to master the profession.
Available to coach early morning hours (25–35 hours/week).
