MM Logistic Solutions LLC is actively seeking dependable and professional Independent Contractors (1099) who own or operate a 24-foot or 26-foot straight box truck equipped with a liftgate.
Drivers will pick up palletized freight from our warehouse in Billerica, Massachusetts, and complete deliveries to residential and commercial customers.
Each assignment will generally consist of a minimum of two pallets and up to 11 pallets, depending on freight volume and customer requirements.
Drivers will complete multiple trips per day from the warehouse to delivery destinations, with a typical workday lasting 8 to 10+ hours.

Required Vehicle

26-Foot Straight Box Truck With Liftgate
The truck must be:
- Properly registered and insured
- Mechanically reliable
- Clean and professionally maintained
- Equipped with a working liftgate
- Capable of safely transporting two to four pallets
- Equipped with appropriate cargo-securing equipment
Cargo vans and Sprinter vans are not being accepted for this specific opportunity.

Delivery Radius & Workday
Drivers can expect to travel approximately 50–200 miles per day, depending on the assigned route.
Each workday typically consists of multiple trips from the Billerica warehouse to delivery destinations, with drivers returning for additional loads as assigned. Minimum 3 Trips.
Typical workdays range from 8 to 10 hours, including no touch Freight , driving, unloading, and completing all deliveries.
Drivers may complete local or extended-distance deliveries throughout Massachusetts and surrounding service areas.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are primarily responsible for:
- Picking up assigned freight from the Billerica warehouse
- Completing multiple trips between the warehouse and delivery locations
- Loading pallets and freight onto the box truck
- Properly securing all freight before departure
- Transporting freight safely to the assigned customer
- Delivering to residential and commercial locations
- Unloading freight using the truck’s liftgate
- Obtaining signatures or proof of delivery when required
- Maintaining communication with dispatch
- Reporting delays, damages, accidents, or delivery issues immediately
- Submitting all required delivery documentation
This position is focused on pickup, transportation, loading, unloading, and final delivery. Drivers are not responsible for assembling, installing, or setting up delivered products unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

Compensation Estimated Income Potential
$10,000–$15,000+ per month

Compensation may be based on the assigned route, mileage, freight requirements, vehicle type, delivery location, and customer rate.
More completed assignments and greater availability may result in increased earning opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid Driver’s License
- DOT Medical Card
- Minimum of one year of box truck, freight, delivery, or commercial driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Active vehicle registration
- Reliable 24-foot or 26-foot box truck with a working liftgate
- Smartphone with GPS and active data service
- Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload palletized freight
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
A CDL is preferred but may not be required, depending on the truck’s gross vehicle weight rating and applicable regulations.
Physical Requirements
Drivers must be able to:
- Load and unload palletized freight
- Safely operate a liftgate
- Use a pallet jack or related freight-handling equipment when required
- Push, pull, maneuver, and secure freight
- Enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly
- Sit and drive for extended periods
- Work in various weather conditions
- Safely complete residential and commercial deliveries
Insurance Requirements
Independent contractors must maintain all required insurance coverage before onboarding.
Commercial General Liability and Auto Liability
$500,000 in General Commercial Liability and Auto Liability for qualifying vehicles under 10,001 pounds.
Third-party coverage may be available for approximately:
$32 per week
Motor Cargo Insurance
$100,000 in Motor Cargo Insurance
Third-party coverage may be available for approximately:
$10 per week
Occupational Accident Insurance
Occupational accident insurance meeting the required coverage limits is also required.
Third-party coverage may be available for approximately:
$20 per week
Third-party pricing, eligibility, policy terms, exclusions, and coverage availability are determined by the insurance provider and may change.
Vehicles weighing 10,001 pounds or more may be subject to different or additional commercial insurance, registration, operating authority, and regulatory requirements.
