Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts forward. In this role, you will be the vital link between our organization and top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with our strategic goals. Your energetic approach to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding will help us attract and retain exceptional talent across various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, and relationship management to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success.

Duties

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to track applicant progress and maintain organized records
Conduct talent searches through social media platforms, job boards, campus recruitment events, and internal databases to identify top talent
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws
Facilitate employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques
Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles
Conduct research on market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance sourcing strategies
Assist in training & development programs aimed at improving recruiting skills within the HR team

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HR sourcing methods
Staffing Coordinator Experience at a Skilled Nursing Facility
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is a plus
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
Strong research skills for lead generation and market analysis in talent acquisition efforts
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with social media management for recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Demonstrated ability in employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and contracts management
Familiarity with onboarding tools such as Paychex or ADP for employee orientation procedures
A proactive mindset with training & development experience to support continuous improvement within the recruiting team
